As distance away from the surface of a mass increases, the force of gravity decreases. Gravitational force is relative to the mass of an object. The larger the mass the greater the gravitational pull on its surface.  The sun exerts a greater force than the planets. 

Imagine the inverse square law as the gravitational force at the surface of a planet increases as you move inward toward the center of the sphere. The closer you come to the center, the stronger the force. Pressure also increases. A little known fact of physics is that under extreme pressure gravity becomes repulsive rather than attractive.  

Hypothetically, at the center of the mass, gravity becomes repulsive and  can shoot a graviton field through the barrier of set 1 into set 2 forming fields that overlay according to the positions of the planets and the sun in our solar system. Gravitons pass freely between the dimensional sets. 

As the planets and sun change positions, the fields change how they overlay  and interact exerting different influences depending on position. 

The stars and constellations as backdrops to the planetary positions change over long periods of time so their relationship with the moving planets changes. Since only now exists, the current positions will be most relevant.

We can always exert our free will to overcome any influence.

However, if we go mindlessly with the flow, we are more likely to be moved by the Astrological influences and add to the data on accurate predictions. :)
