Our observations have allowed us to gain knowledge of how the physical universe operates. The physical world is tangible so we can set up repeatable experiments to test what we see. 

We've learned how the fundamental forces of physics are at play so we can work with them to improve our standard of living.  We enjoy transportation, electric lights, cell phones, computers ...  

Our only access to the ethereal universe is through our mind. 

While we inhabit our physical bodies, we will never be able to touch, see or reach into the ethereal universe from our physical form. All mass and energy in the physical universe, all materials including light and us, are created from regionally trapped strings that are attached to the inner  surface of our 3-Dimensional Brane in Set 1. 

Our physical universe is a contained closed system. 

Since Mind is our only access to the intangible world, we have very little knowledge of how the ethereal universe is operating. 

And up until this point in time, we have not considered the ethereal as a separate place, an entire universe unto itself.

The Channelers all tap into a common reality, a common place, but how that information is brought back into the physical environment, through each mind, will be determined by the channelers ability to sort the objective from the subjective. 

The mind is a very complex instrument. It can be a trickster and not always reliable.  

All of the Patriarchs were human. Each will be affected and influenced by the surrounding culture and the existing collectives of the times. 

Many varying Religions exist today. The number of estimated religions worldwide is around 4,000 - 4,300. This includes major world religions, indigenous traditions, new religious movements, sects, and denominations. 

Ethereal forces have no more regard for our ideas and beliefs than the fundamental forces of physics.

There are positive and negative forces at play within the Ethereal Universe that affect our inner well being.

Inner alignment with positive universal forces result in harmony, peace, clarity and spiritual evolution.

Inner alignment with negative energies result in discord, pain, suffering, chaos and spiritual regression.

We are all on a Soul Journey whether we realize it or not. The journey will be unique for each individual and will be honed over many lifetimes. 

Heaven and Hell could be compared to the soul's inner state of harmony and/or discord as it interacts with universal ethereal forces.  

These forces are as blind to our desires, beliefs and ideas as the four fundamental forces of physics, Gravity, Electromagnetism, The Strong Nuclear Force and The Weak Nuclear Force. 

We learn to navigate ethereal forces like we learn to navigate physical forces. It benefits us to figure out how the ethereal is operating. Our intuition has insight into the inner world and acts as guide. 

Our pain and suffering or peace and harmony are not the result of an intelligent entity delving out punishment and reward, but the result of ethereal energies interacting with the core energies of our soul.

No amount of ritual, worship, prayer or allegiance will alleviate the burning cauldron of universal forces if the internal energies of the soul are misaligned.

The highest of the high intelligences existing within the ethereal environment, what we might consider gods, are also subject to the workings of the ethereal forces. 

The Patriarchs could well have been attempting to give wise advice to aid the soul on its eternal journey.

Discarnate intelligence of all levels can no more enter our physical world than we can enter the ethereal in our physical form. The ethereal universe, according to the New Model, is also a closed system.

Here in the physical world the mind is our only conduit between the two worlds. 

Discarnates can inspire and guide through the mind but cannot affect our world without influencing the hand of a human.
